Project Description
This project will fund the acquisition of buildable lots throughout the City for in-fill housing construction. Lots will be identified from the delinquent property listing of struck off properties (those properties that have gone through the entire process and have not been sold at the sheriff’s auction).
Future Operating Impact
Would reduce necessity of Code Enforcement maintenance action and add to the city’s taxable base.

Three additional sites granted to Habitat for Humanity in this report period. We have met with H
Second Quarter FY 14-15
In a recent meeting Habitat for Humanity, the buildable lots remaining on the foreclosure list were presented, but HFH is not interested in the locations. They are opting to wait until the next list update (late May) to see if additional lots become available in areas they find more suitable.
