La Porte’s Blue Santa program gift drop-off points are monitored by 
                                                               Police Youth Explorers as well as LPISD representatives


The Blue Santa Program, a combined endeavor between the La Porte Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (LPCAAA), The La Porte Police Officers Association, and the La Porte Municipal Court, is aimed at providing Christmas support for some of the less fortunate families of La Porte. The program’s primary mission is to provide toys and Christmas dinners for needy children and their families in the local area, many of whom would not have the means to hold traditional Christmas festivities without help from their community.
